2. Renovate from Exterior to Interior
Once the technical systems are planned, the house renovation can begin. We normally start with the exterior because the roof, windows, doors and façade must first protect everything inside the property.
When the house is watertight, insulated and secure, we continue with the interior—from the attic and main living areas to the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, doors, hallway and staircase.
Whether you want a complete renovation or prefer to work step by step, following the correct order prevents damage to finished areas, repeated demolition and unnecessary costs.
