1. Smart Energy for Your Home — Everything Working Together
Want a more comfortable home and better control over your energy use? Start by looking at the whole picture: how your home keeps warmth inside, generates electricity, stores it and uses it for heating, hot water and charging your car.
We help you bring these improvements together through one company, with clear communication and a plan that suits your home and budget. You can start with one solution and prepare for the next.
Explore our solutions below to understand what each system does, compare product options and discover the brands and features available.
• Solar Panels — Make Your Roof Work for You
Generate electricity during the day and use it for your household appliances, heating or electric car. Add compatible battery storage to keep some of your surplus electricity for later.
The right combination depends on your roof, shading, electricity use and future plans.
Panel options
• JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 Pro: N-type TOPCon panels offering a practical balance between output and price. • Jolywood Niwa: N-type panels with an all-black appearance. • AIKO Neostar 3S: premium N-type ABC cell technology, combining high efficiency with a clean all-black design.
Inverter options
FoxESS H-series, AlphaESS SMILE-G3 and Solplanet ASW Pro hybrid systems. Suitable optimisers or microinverters can also be considered for shading or different roof orientations.
• Home Battery — Save Your Solar Energy for Later
A home battery stores electricity you do not immediately use, making it available later in the day. Compatible controls can coordinate storage with household demand, solar production and electricity tariffs.
Product options
• FoxESS CQ7: modular LiFePO₄ battery, listed with a 7.02 kWh starting module and FoxCloud monitoring. • AlphaESS SMILE-G3: modular LiFePO₄ storage with integrated energy-management options and AlphaCloud monitoring. • sonnenBatterie 10 Performance: premium LiFePO₄ storage with modular capacity options and sonnenApp monitoring.
Battery capacity should match your actual consumption. Inverter compatibility, available space and any backup-power requirements are confirmed when selecting the system.
• EV Charging — Plug In at Home
Charge your electric car where you park. Compatible smart charging can use surplus solar electricity or schedule charging around suitable tariff periods.
Load balancing manages the electricity shared between your charger and household equipment.
Product options
• FoxESS: charging options up to 22 kW, with integration into the FoxESS ecosystem.• AlphaESS SMILE-EVC11: an 11 kW charger with load-balancing functionality and integration with compatible AlphaESS storage.• Zaptec Go 2: a compact charging option rated up to 22 kW, with smart connectivity.
Actual charging speed depends on your vehicle, electrical connection and installation. Solar charging and other control functions require compatible equipment.
• Hybrid Heat Pump — Use Less Gas, Keep Your Boiler
A hybrid heat pump works alongside a compatible boiler. The heat pump handles much of the space heating, while the boiler supports it during higher demand and typically continues to provide hot water.
Product options
• Atlantic Aurea: a compact add-on option, listed in a 5 kW version. • Bosch Compress 2000AWF: a range of capacities with connected control through Bosch HomeCom. • Daikin Altherma Hybrid: a hybrid system option for combining heat-pump heating with boiler support.
The right choice depends on your insulation, radiators, existing boiler and heating demand. Controls coordinate both heat sources as one system.
• All-Electric Heat Pump — Heating & Hot Water Without Gas
An all-electric air-to-water heat pump extracts heat from outdoor air to supply space heating and domestic hot water. It is selected together with your insulation, radiators or underfloor heating.
Product options
• Bosch Compress 2000: a monoblock option combined with a separate hot-water cylinder.
• Atlantic Extensa M: a system option with integrated hot-water storage.
• Bosch Compress 5800i: a premium option with compatible indoor storage arrangements and cooling capability in suitable configurations.
We consider the required heating output, hot-water demand, installation space and electrical supply. Exact storage capacity, efficiency and cooling functions depend on the selected configuration.
• Heat Pump Water Heater — Hot Water Using Heat from Air
A heat pump water heater warms stored water for showers and taps. It can replace a conventional electric water heater or reduce reliance on a gas-based hot-water system.
Product options
• Atlantic Calypso: a compact wall-mounted option, listed in 100- and 150-litre versions. • Atlantic Explorer: a standing option, listed in 200- and 270-litre versions for larger hot-water requirements.
Compatible versions offer app control and options for coordinating water heating with solar generation. Selected Explorer configurations also provide an additional heat exchanger.
We match storage capacity, air connections and installation position to your household and available space.
• Air Conditioning — Comfortable Rooms Throughout the Year
A reversible split air conditioner cools your rooms in summer and provides heating when needed. Choose a solution for one room or several spaces, with controls suited to how you use your home.
Product options
• Atlantic Dojo: a practical cooling-and-heating option with connected control on suitable versions. • Bosch Climate 3000i / 7000i: options with different efficiency levels, filtration and connected-control features. • Daikin Emura: a premium design range offering quiet operation and Daikin Onecta control.
Capacity, sound level and energy rating vary by model. We consider room size, layout and indoor- and outdoor-unit positions before selecting the equipment.
• Radiators & Underfloor Heating — Spread Warmth Evenly
Efficient heating also needs the right way to distribute warmth. Water-based underfloor heating and suitable low-temperature radiators provide a larger heating surface, helping rooms stay comfortable at lower water temperatures.
System options
• Underfloor heating in a new screed: pipework incorporated into a new or renewed floor. • Milled underfloor heating: pipes placed in channels cut into a suitable existing screed. • Low-temperature radiators: larger heat-emitting surfaces, with fan-assisted versions where appropriate. • System balancing: adjusting water flow so each room receives the heat it needs.
The choice follows room-by-room heating requirements, floor construction and the existing or planned heat source.
• Central Heating Boilers — Reliable Warmth & Hot Water
A modern condensing boiler adjusts its output to your heating demand and recovers heat from flue gases. For homes continuing with gas heating, a compatible boiler can also form part of a later hybrid installation.
Product options
• Intergas HRE 36/30: a compact modulating combi-boiler option with CW5 hot-water classification. • Nefit ProLine NxT: a compact range offering modulating heating and compatible smart controls. • Nefit TrendLine II AquaPower: an option aimed at higher hot-water demand, with selected CW6 configurations.
The chosen version should match your household’s hot-water use, heating requirements and future renovation plans.
• Home Insulation — Keep the Warmth You Pay For
Insulation reduces heat escaping through your roof, walls, floors and windows. It helps improve comfort and creates a better starting point for efficient heating.
Material and system options
• Roof insulation: insulation boards or blankets, fitted internally or externally according to the roof construction. • Wall insulation: cavity-fill insulation where suitable, or internal lining and external insulation systems. • Glazing: HR++ double glazing or triple glazing with suitable frames. • Floor and crawl-space insulation: solutions matched to the construction and access available.
The priority is to identify where your home loses heat and plan improvements in the right order, while maintaining suitable ventilation.
